My deepest sympathies go out to you all.  Frank was a customer of mine for 20 years and I will miss him very much.  Frank always had a smile on his face and a nice thing to say. Now there is one less gentleman in the world, he was one great guy.  My thoughts are with you all.

My condolences to Jo and the family.  Frank was like an older Brother to me and was my mentor in my aviation career.  We kept in touch over the years and I'll miss our telephone visits.

I will always remember my Uncle Frank with great fondness!  As a little girl growing up in N.C., I always looked forward to visits with Uncle Frank & Aunt Jo with great anticipation.  He was quite a character...full of fun, terrific stories...always clowning for the camera!  Life was never dull when he was in the room!

Wherever my uncle is now...things will definitely be a lot livelier!

My thoughts are with my Aunt Jo, my cousins and their extended families.  Mom, Dad, Pat and I are all keeping you close in our thoughts and prayers!

Pepa loved naps. I can't count the amount of times I watched as Pepa slowly dozed off in his chair in the den with a handful of food in his hand. I had never seen someone who can just nap like he did. However, it's hard for me to think of many people that also have as much energy and life in them as he did!

Growing up, Nana and Pepa's house was one of my most favorite places to be. Pepa treated me like I was such a princess when I was young. I used to cry when I had to leave their house because it was always so much fun. I could eat as much ice cream from Braum's as I wanted and play with all the toys and knick-knacks Pepa collected over the years. I have many fond memories throughout my life of my grandfather and I know how many other people did as well, how couldn't you? He was a man full of life and vigor who didn't let much keep him down. I know his countless acts of courage and kindness over the years will never be forgotten and he will be greatly missed my many.

Thank you for being the best grandfather I could have asked for and our lives will be a little less colorful with out you.

Our deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your father , Frank.  I know my mother was very fond of your parents when she was attending Goodrich.  I, too, remember you as a MYF'er and classmate at NHS. Just lost my mother in May and know how difficult it is for the family members. My sincerest sympathy!

Please accept my sympathy in your loss.  I worked with the Major at the NC Air National Guard several years while he was flying the F86 Sabre Jet while performing Alert.  I'm sure he will be
truly missed.

I married into the family about 9 years ago, and Frank made me feel right at home. I loved the holiday dinners, not just for the fabulous food he cooked, but the conversations. Sure there was a generation gap, but we came from rough childhoods. He fast became a second grandpa to me. It rips my heart out that you are gone, but I know your faith is strong, and you are where you should be. With no pain, no worry, and more love than you can handle.

I love you,
       Jen Dawins
